In the role Consultant, Strategic Engagement & Communications, you will join the Strategic Engagement & Communications Team that’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to colleague systems and experience globally, while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Support communications for the transformation program.
- Help colleagues and stakeholders understand the program purpose, initiatives and timelines.
- Support the identification and sequencing of stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure consistently communicated narrative and messaging aligned to change objectives.
- Support a cohesive communications experience for NAB colleagues across the enterprise globally.
- Develop and deliver communications materials and plans to support colleagues and people leaders.
- Ensure all communications are aligned to strategic priorities and deliver intended outcomes through tracking.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- 5+ years’ experience in communications roles (preferably financial services).
- Experience developing communications collateral and engagement plans.
- Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in complex environments.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and effective communications, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of change communications, and ability to work closely with change and program teams.
- Strong communications planning and time management skills, and ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
- Experience influencing and managing senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in creating and delivering content for a variety of channels and audiences.
- Able to support the execution of change initiatives through effective communications.
- Ability to navigate a complex environment and work through ambiguity.
