In the role of Portfolio Manager, TD & Savings Product Team, you will join the Term Deposits & Savings Portfolio Team that’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Drive the development of the product portfolio strategy & roadmap with a 3–5-year horizon.
- Showcase your deep understanding of portfolio management, the deposits portfolio, and its associated levers
- Maintain and improve product performance reporting and insights that feed into key forums across the business
- Develop rich insights, recommendations, and initiatives to shape the portfolio to achieve stronger customer, business, treasury and business outcomes
- Ensure portfolio readiness for major transformation programs, including strategy and process re-engineering
- Own and executive against our platform integration & partnership strategy, and customer centricity strategy
- Monitor product and digital capability developments and trends in the domestic and international markets for target industries
- Proactively manage risk and compliance
- Play a leadership role in the Term Deposits & Savings team
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Strong product experience in the Banking/Finance industry
- Experience in strategic functions with strong analytical focus
- Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making and portfolio management
- Well versed in stakeholder engagement/management with excellent communication and business writing skills
- Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance
- Understanding of banking data and payments integrations highly desirable
