An exciting 12 month fixed-term opportunity for an Associate role in the Transaction Monitoring team. The Associate’s key responsibility will be observing and executing Quality Assurance in line with Quality frameworks across FCO Transaction Monitoring in a period where significant uplift is required, driving transformation and change.

In this Associate TM Quality role, you will:
- Execute Quality Assurance reviews to ensure FCO Transaction Monitoring meets regulatory standards and internal frameworks.
- Work with operations staff to understand interdependencies recommend improvements to procedures, training, and guidance.
- Be a contact point for operational staff, providing accurate information based on procedures and frameworks.
- Provide input into improvements to procedures, guidance, and training materials required to support uplift initiatives.
- Escalate identified risks or issues to senior Quality TM team members in a timely and clear manner.
What you'll bring
- Experience managing risk-related casework (e.g., transaction monitoring alerts, suspicious matter reports, and unusual activity reports)
- Understanding of (and experience in) Regulatory/Risk Framework.
- Comparable experience in relevant field or skills gained in other fields which can be applied towards a quality, analytical, investigative and/or financial services environments
