In the role Senior Consultant, AI Capability, you will join the Capability & Culture Team that’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Be accountable for translating the strategy into actionable, scalable solutions that build colleague mindsets, skills and behaviours, and support NAB’s ambition to win its AI Big Bet.
- Lead the design, development and delivery of AI capability solutions.
- Drive the creation of a cohesive multi‑tiered AI learning ecosystem, ensuring a single front door for AI capability that is compliant, governed and aligned to NAB’s risk, regulatory and ethical standards.
- Connect and create capability solutions that enable colleagues to explore, learn, apply and experiment with AI in the flow of work. This includes co‑designing learning pathways, developing and integrating learning assets, partnering with internal squads, and embedding continuous learning practices through communities of practice and leader‑led enablement.
- Support community‑led learning including Communities of Practice, mentoring and champions networks.
- Partner with AI Hub, AI Leadership Squad, Tech Academy, Workplace Tech, Data & Digital, and business units to deliver joined‑up capability.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide capability change initiatives in large global organisations, particularly in AI capability uplift, digital transformation or future‑skills programs.
- Hands on exposure to applied AI/Gen AI in an enterprise setting with working knowledge of AI concepts, and AI Tool familiarity.
- Exposure to Responsible AI, ethical AI or AI governance and a thorough understanding of the Responsible AI, ISO and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of digital learning tools and platforms, content design and capability frameworks.
- Proven stakeholder engagement across technical and non‑technical teams.
- A mindset of customer obsession, inclusion, curiosity and empathy.
- Learning design, development and implementation oversight.
