In the role Senior Consultant, Leadership Development, you will join the Leadership Capability Team that has a clear vision to build world standard leaders through leading practice solutions and a systemic approach to leadership capability uplift.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- The role includes, but is not limited to, a strong focus on building the AI capability required for NAB’s senior and executive level leaders to lead effectively in the age of AI.
- As part of this investment in AI Capability, this role will lead the design and delivery of a flagship executive AI Leadership Program for NAB.
- It also includes supporting the implementation and ongoing evolution of the Leadership Strategy for NAB. This includes working to support the attraction, development and retention of capable and customer obsessed leaders across all levels in the organisation.
- Further, this role includes the scoping, design and delivery of other leadership development solutions across the Bank, in line with our Leadership Strategy and evolving business needs.
- You will also support the evolution of the existing leadership curriculum, programs and/or modules for the organisation through instructional, programmatic and experiential design skills.
- Support the implementation of the NAB Leadership Capability Framework across the hire to retire process.
- Contribute to the scoping, delivery and evaluation of strategic leadership projects.
- Collaborate with the broader Leadership Capability team to ensure alignment of leadership assessments, coaching and development solutions.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our leaders. You’ll need:
- Extensive experience in a leadership development role
- Proven track record of designing leading practice leadership development experiences and programs at an executive level
- Experience measuring/evaluating the effectiveness of leadership development interventions, including ongoing monitoring and reporting on key metrics
- Experience with leading and managing complex projects, including managing senior and executive level stakeholders
- AI knowledge and practical experience preferred
- A mindset of customer obsession, inclusion, curiosity and empathy.
- Strategic problem solving and decision making
- Human-centred design and learner experience design
- Vendor management/performance management
