In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the Growth & Origination that’s doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Solid understanding of Australian and global financial markets, with expertise in relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with NAB’s products and services aligned to the role and customer segment.
- Advanced written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining complex borrowing structures across areas such as emerging corporates, leveraged and acquisition finance, asset finance, and trade solutions.
- Highly developed analytical and numerical skills, with meticulous attention to detail in assessing customer requirements, risk evaluation, financial modelling, and documentation.
- Knowledge of tax and accounting principles and standards.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities, including daily tasks, deal execution, team leadership, workflow/resource allocation, and compliance training.
- Skilled in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating business risks, with readiness to escalate when necessary.
- Exceptional influencing, engagement, and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and address complex issues.

- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels.
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Business or Master’s degree, CFA, CA, or CPA are highly desirable.
