In the role of a Small Business Banker, you will join the Melbourne East team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.
As a Small Business Banker at NAB, you’ll be the trusted partner backing the ambition of Melbourne’s small business community. You’ll manage and grow a diverse portfolio, deepen relationships, and bring new customers into the NAB family.
In this role, you’ll use your lending knowledge, commercial acumen, and customer‑first mindset to deliver tailored, end‑to‑end solutions that help business owners move with confidence. You’ll represent NAB across our Retail Branches, Business Banking Centres, and out in the community — strengthening advocacy, driving portfolio growth, and positioning NAB as the bank of choice.

Keep things simple whilst managing Small Business customers business and home lending requests

Move with speed in this role to grow revenue and drive customer advocacy
